ACTIVITIES THIS WEEK
March 27 - Mutual CANCELLED
- Mutual Cancelled due to QUEST
- QUEST - for youth ages 14 and up.
- RIDES TO QUEST: If you need a ride please meet at the Hill's home at 5pm on Thursday. They will be providing a spaghetti dinner since the youth will not be served dinner when arriving at Quest. Please bring one of the following food items: rolls/bread-sticks, salad, or some side dish. **Note - the Hills may have moved, so check the ward online directory or contact them for the correct address
- RIDES HOME FROM QUEST: Parents are responsible for arranging rides home for their children. Please note that youth cannot drive each other UNLESS THEY ARE RELATED (it's a church insurance policy thing).
- If you are planning on going to Quest YOU MUST COMPLETE THE MEDICAL FORMS (available to download - the link is in the sidebar). (please know that you can scan your forms/insurance cards and email them to us and we'll pass them on to the stake).
- Be sure to listen to the audio files (links in sidebar) to prepare for the re-enactments. ALSO read the story of Samuel the Lamanite in the Scriptures.
- Parents: The stake has an assignment for parents of QUEST youth to be completed before QUEST occurs. We have emailed the details to you already but if you need a reminder/lost the email, please email us and we'll pass the information along again. You may email the "assignment" to the stake YM or YW leaders or to us if needed.
March 30 - YW Broadcast
- Because of QUEST, the YW General Broadcast on March 30 will not be broadcasted by the Stake. If you would like to watch the broadcast live, you can go to http://lds.org and access it there. Additionally, if you are attending QUEST and are unable to view it live, it will be available to re-watch on the LDS website at any time. We will not be using mutual or time on Sunday to watch it as a group, so we encourage parents to actively encourage your daughters to watch it on their own and/or watch it as a family for a Family Home Evening activity. If for any reason you cannot access the broadcast to re-watch it, please let us know and we can print off a copies of the talk for you.

ADDITIONAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Camp Registration Meeting - April 14
- Immediately after church, there will be a girl's camp registration meeting. PARENTS MUST COME so you can sign all the necessary camp forms. NOTE** you are required to give a copy of your child's insurance card. You can either bring the insurance card to the meeting or bring your own photocopy of it OR scan and email it to memorialparkyw@gmail.com before that meeting.
- EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SURE YOU/YOUR CHILD CAN MAKE IT TO CAMP, PLEASE GET COME TO THE MEETING TO SIGN THE FORMS SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT LATER.
Girls Camp Fundraiser - May 11
- Please mark your calendars now for the fundraiser. Girls who are planning on going to camp should all be there helping unless there is some major prior commitment (please email/talk to a presidency member).
- We are planning on doing some sort of mini-show for the event. Those who would like to participate in the show must be at mutual on APRIL 10 & 17 as we have set aside those activity nights for fundraiser preparation.
